A few weeks ago, friends and I road ATVs in the hills of Montana. One big observation was the amount of water flowing off the snow packed mountains causing many streams to overflow.

This stream and many others flow down to a dam that supplies power to the area. As you can see, water is flowing out of the dam so quickly that it is just shooting out after hitting the basin.
