Yes, we found him sleeping in this position. I think he’s dreaming of being super-cat.

Tuesday, July 10th, 2012A tribute to someone’s dad
Monday, July 9th, 2012While riding ATVs atop some mountains this past weekend, we came across this humble grave-site. Unlike the crosses along the highway, this one rests where one can view three states and much of the surrounding towns. Whomever “Dad” is, if this is where he wanted his final resting place, he enjoyed some rugged activities just to know of this place.
Next to the grave are some rocks, painted by children. With over 100 inches of snow on the ground in the winter, these little tokens would have been washed away. Which means that someone, somewhere, is still venturing up here to visit Dad and building memories.
His grave overlooks something of a hint of what heaven will be like. I hope that Dad knew Jesus. And that he will be joined by his wife and children some day. And that they can continue this adventure, together, forever.
